Canadian Permanent Residents and Citizens may sponsor their parents and grandparents.

Canadian Permanent Residency Card’s are valid for a period of 5 years.
To renew Permanent Residency Cards, Applicants must spend 730 days inside Canada within 5 years.

Canadian Permanent Resident’s can attain Citizenship, upon meeting the following conditions:
Spend 3 years inside of Canada within the 5 years immediately before their Application
Attain English or French Language proficiency - overall Level 4
Pass the Citizenship Test
Process & Timeline

Step One
Week 1
Complete ChapterTwo internal forms to confirm Program Eligibility & Admissibility.

Step Two
Week 2-3
ChapterTwo will provide Applicants with a customized Document Checklist.
Applicants provides a detailed Curriculum Vitae.

Step Three
Month 1-3
Gather all requisite documents, and attain Certified Translations.
Develop Business, including Business Plan, Pitch Deck, update CV, and submit to Designated Organization.

Step Four
Month 4-6
Attain Letter of Support, valid for a period of 6 months.
Finalize and submit Application for Permanent Residence to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
Travel to nearest Canadian Embassy to undergo Biometrics.

Step Five
Month 7-24
Continue to develop Business as Application for Permanent Residency is processed by Immigration, and submit proof of progress upon request.
Undergo Medical Examination upon deemed eligibility.
Obtain Canadian Permanent Resident Visa.

Step Six
Year 3
After three years of residency inside of Canada, undergo English or French language test and Citizenship Test.
Submit Application for Canadian Citizenship.
